Pozomy Federal awarded OASIS Small Business, Pool 1 and Pool 4 Prime contracts MA-ID/IQ

Pozomy Federal is proud to announce that we have received an award under the GSA OASIS Small Business (OASIS SB), Pool 1 and Pool 4 Multiple Award (MA), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract as a Prime Contract Awardee. Pool 1 is focused on professional services. Pool 4 is focused on research and development. The OASIS contract has a $60 Billion ceiling.

Pozomy Federal’s OASIS Small Business, Pool 1 and Pool 4 Prime contracts MA-ID/IQ will enable our firm to continue to support our current and future customers with their complex professional services requirements – core disciplines/scopes of the contracts include:

Program management services
Management consulting services
Logistics services
Engineering services
Scientific services

GSA OASIS is a family of seven (7) separate Government-wide MA-ID/IQ task order contracts that span 28 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes and 6 NAICS Code Exceptions under the economic subsector 541 – Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. GSA’s goal in creating OASIS SB was to provide a total solution to agencies’ requirements, while maximizing opportunities for small businesses. The OASIS MA-ID/IQ contract vehicle can be used by all Federal agencies and GSA approved entities and is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level. The contract features include:

Commercial and non-commercial services
CONUS and OCONUS requirements
Classiﬁed and unclassiﬁed services
Ancillary Support necessary to deliver a total solution, such as:
- Labor
- Materials
- ODC’s
Hybrid of any of the above
Designated Best-in-Class (BIC) solution helping agencies meet their spend under management goals

Through the use of OASIS SB, customer agencies receive small business credit, and it supports competition, even in socioeconomic categories.

Agencies can plan socioeconomic set asides to meet their goals and support 8(a), HUBZone, and SDVOSB.
OASIS facilitates agency management of its SB program and goals through awards in every SB category, including socioeconomics and provides business intelligence on SB performance via dashboards.
Agencies can reserve task orders for exclusive competition among SB categories, e.g. 8(a) business development participants.
